 Blossom Tours International is a logistics travel company based in Washington D.C., specializing in Corporate Events, Educational Trips and Recreational Tourism. 

We offer a safe and comfortable hotel accommodations, transportation and transfer services, local tours, bilingual guides, step-by-step guides, and coordination and execution of your trip. 

For the stay of our guests we offer accommodation in our best hotels, where rooms will be available for 1 - 2 - 3  people. (Guests are reminded that triple or quad rooms only have two double beds or Queen beds).

It is important that they are informed about the Standard rooms, in which only a maximum of 4 people are allowed for each one.

Most of the hotels we offer do not charge for children under 10, unless the hotel is of a superior category.

For the comfort  of our clients during their stay, we offer luxury vehicles according to the number of passengers per group.

• • For groups of 1 to 5 people are provided a Sedan or Minivan
• • For groups of 6 to 12 people a Van for 15 passengers is provided.
• • For groups of 13 to 20 people are provided a Mini Bus.
• • For groups of 20 or more people are provided luxury buses of 35 - 45 or 55 passengers, all depend on the number of people in the group.

 To make a reservation you must follow the steps below.

• It must include full name of each travel (in case the passengers are children must include the age of each one of them).
• If the children traveling are less than 10 years they will not pay for lodging as long as they room in the company of their parents.
• Reservations can only be made through email. (This is at the bottom of the page or in the area of Contact Us) NO RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED BY TELEPHONE.

To make the payments of the selected services, you must pay 25% of the total cost of the service at the time of your reservation. Then you must continue to pay the remaining balance by means of a single payment or divided into installments (the trip must be fully paid ten (10) business days before the trip).

PAYMENT METHODS:

• You can make your payment through bank transfers (this will incur an amount of $ 20 per transfer fee)
• You can also use your credit card (this will incur an additional amount of 5% per transaction).
• We also accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo

For people traveling with groups, their payment terms and conditions will be assigned when they have already made their reservation.

 To make a cancellation or changes in your trip, you must send an email with your information and explain why you need/want to make the modification (can not be made through phone calls, only through the mail).When performing this action, you must accept the conditions of the following parameters:

• 01-15 days from departure, you will loose 100% of payment.
• 15 - 30 days from departure, you will loose 50% of payment.
• 30 - 45 days from departure, you will loose 25% of payment.

In case you are not present the day of departure you will loose 100% of the payments made and it CANNOT be apply towards a FUTURE reservation.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS: They will be considered FINAL SALE (Non Refundable) and they must be prepaid with a Credit Card.
A RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED WHEN YOU RECEIVED OUR CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER BY TELEPHONE.
